At San Diego Epiphyllum Society, respecting the privacy and security of your personal information is important to us. We are sensitive to privacy issues concerning our customers and believe it is important that you understand our privacy policies and what they mean to you. 

Refund Policy:

San Diego Epiphyllum Society offers it members, and the public, plants and cuttings that are ready for your garden.  Plants and cuttings are donated by Society members.  The Society relies on the members to appropriately identify and label the donations.  It is not the responsibility of the San Diego Epiphyllum Society if the plants or cuttings that you purchase do not survive or bloom as labeled.  We do not offer refunds or replacements on the purchase of any plant material.

Return Policy:

All sales of products are final. We do not accept returns. 

Sales & Shipping Policy:

San Diego Epiphyllum Society will accept REQUESTS for cutting and plants thru the month of June each year. We do not have stock nor inventory . We fill these requests with cuttings and plants that are made available to us for sale in the April thru June of each year. Shipping will occur once we have agreement with the requestor on plants and/or and cutting that fill the REQUEST. USPS Priority mail service or first class mail will be used and actual postage will be added to order total cost.
