Typical Monthly meeting agenda
Our meetings and workshops are open to everyone. If you are unable to attend in person, then join us for our monthly meeting on ZOOM.
The workshops start at 7:00 pm.
Meeting Workshops last 20 to 25 minutes and normally deal with procedures to help you caring for your epis.
The General meeting starts at 7:30 pm. and is available via ZOOM. Zoom sign in is available around 7:00 pm. Pacific Time. Meetings normally end between 8:45 pm. and 9:00 pm.
Members are the only ones who receive the link to join via ZOOM.
Typical General meeting agenda:
- Society business (usually 10 to 15 minutes)
- New attendees receive a gift.
- Presentation related to care of epis or other subjects deemed to be of interest to attendees.
- Raffle drawing for epi cutting (this is an effective way to add to your epi collection)
