San Diego Epiphyllum Society ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.Sdepis.org website and the San Diego Epiphyllum Society mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding collecting, using, and disclosing personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information following this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Service means the www.sdepis.org website and the San Diego Epiphyllum Society mobile application, which is operated by the San Diego Epiphyllum Society.

If you are a member, the SDES publishes an online roster that may include your name, address, email, and telephone number. The roster is available in the members-only area and is normally only available to members. To opt out of the inclusion of any or all of your personal information in the roster, which is generally available to all members, please contact us at membership@sdepis.org  and request specific information to be excluded.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

San Diego Epiphyllum Society will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the San Diego Epiphyllum Society may be required to disclose your Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
