All Plants and cuttings are donations from members Gardens. While we take all possible steps to ensure cutting and plants are properly labeled, we are unable to guarantee this to be absolutely correct.
Your first step if product damaged is to call warehouse during working hours for an adjustment in accordance with these conditions.
If any product is damaged in shipment, you will be required to forward a picture of the damaged package and the damaged product to SDES and USPS prior to any adjustment being authorized.
