SDES bylaws are our governing document listing the required duties of each elected position. Any amendments to this document must be approved by SDES members.

The Standing Rules guide those holding appointed positions. They list the major duties of each position. The document is not designed to provide all of the duties but to provide a guide to what is expected of an office holder. The Board of Directors and the Office Holders update it. Changes are approved by the SDES Board.
