We had a great Mother's Day Flower Show and Sale in 2023 and the 2024 Show and Sale are looking to be even better.
SDES annual Mother’s Day Show is the ultimate Epi Flower Show in the country. Along with the two day sale they are a great way to begin or end your day at Balboa Park.
The Show is on Mother's Day only from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Casa del Prado room 101. The Sale is held on both Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday there is a epi plant and cutting sale.
This sale is the premium once a year epiphyllum plants and cutting sale. All items are sold at unbelievable low prices.
A few individuals have been known to plan their vacations to San Diego around this show and sale.
This is an ideal way to start or expand your epiphyllum garden.
There are always SDES members that are willing to answer your questions on these marvels’ plants. If you need additional help ant anytime the monthly SDES meeting are a great place to get that help.
This years Theme is Rainforest Gifts
Each year’s unique theme gives members a chance to exercise their imaginations and creativity in displaying their flowers and plants. It’s not a requirement to follow the theme, but what a fun way to show off our flowers.

The show theme changes every year in 2023 it was “Circus Memories and Epies". In 2022 it was a beach theme.
